What if an item is damaged/defective?
We will check carefully of each item to make sure they are all in good condition before shipping. However, there is a long way between you and us, a lot of different people will touch the package, and some may not treat it as gentle as you and us. If any damage happens, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience (within three days will be appreciated).
Usually, we only accept after-sales requests in 7 days since you receive(sign) your package. So please check the jewelry when you receive them, if there is any problem, contact us immediately. We will do our best to protect your interests.
Please send us photos of the damaged items. After our customer specialist confirms, we will either resend a new one to you with your next order or issue a refund to you. You can also choose to receive a store credit.
What if I don’t like an item/some items?
If you don’t like an item/some items, you can return them to us within seven days since the package was received. Please make sure the item/items are in GOOD condition. Please be informed the return shipping cost is on buyers, and the original shipping cost you paid is not refundable as it’s already been paid to the courier company. The corresponding money will be refunded after we receive your return package. To avoid these “troublesome” things happening, we kindly suggest you buy our products in small quantities or even 1 PCS as a sample to check the quality and design before bulk buying.
